Support around groups, commitment and stepping back.
A community may have offered friendship, purpose, practical support or a way forward. You may still value those things while questioning what is now expected of you to remain involved.
Support need not depend on settling a label for the group.

What this service can offer
These pages cover different settings, rather than assuming all demanding communities are the same. The cult and high-control-group page is the broad starting point. The self-help, coaching and wellness page focuses on programmes, paid communities and the cost of continued participation.
Questions about MLMs, network marketing, mastermind groups or trading communities can be explored where the difficulty concerns pressure, belonging, authority or recovery. We do not provide business, investment, debt or legal advice.
We distinguish your experience from conclusions about an entire organisation. We can work with the effects on you without requiring a finding about the group, and without making leaving the condition for support.
